These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BugBracelet.com website at bugbracelet.com and its related pages and features (collectively, the "Site"), operated by BugBracelet.com("BugBracelet.com", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The following policies are part of these Terms: Acceptable Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Copyright / DMCA Policy, and the Disclaimer.
What the Site is
BugBracelet.com presents our family of bug-protection products — DEET-free repellent bracelets, necklaces, and clothing stickers, and bite-relief bandages (the "Products"). The Site is currently an informational launch site: it describes the Products and lets you contact us to be notified when they become available. No Products are sold through the Site at this time.
Future purchases
When Products become available for purchase, ordering will be governed by additional purchase terms presented at checkout — covering pricing, payment, shipping, returns, and cancellations — together with these Terms. Until then, nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, and product descriptions, availability, and anticipated pricing may change at any time without notice.
Product information and safety
Information on the Site about the Products is general in nature and may be updated as the Products are finalized. Once Products are available:
- Always read and follow the directions and precautions on the product label. The label controls over anything on the Site.
- Our repellent wearables are designed to be worn, not applied to skin, and are not a substitute for other precautions against insects appropriate to your situation.
- Products contain plant-based essential oils. If you or your child have allergies or sensitivities to any listed ingredient, or experience irritation, discontinue use.
- Products are not toys. Small parts may present a choking hazard for very young children; use only as directed and with adult supervision where the label says so.

Contacting us
The Site invites you to email us — for example, to be notified at launch. By emailing us you agree we may reply to you at that address and, if you asked to be notified, contact you about Product availability. Acceptable use
Your use of the Site must comply with our Acceptable Use, which prohibits unlawful use, interference with the Site, scraping, and misuse of our contact channels.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the BugBracelet.com, BugNecklace.com, BugSticker.com, and BugBandage.com names, our logo and mascot, product designs, text, graphics, and software — are owned by BugBracelet.com or its licensors and protected by law. These Terms grant you no right to use our branding, trademarks, or content except to view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Third-party services
The Site relies on third-party providers, including Google (fonts and, with your consent, analytics) and our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure. Your use of the Site involves these providers as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, as further described in our Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BugBracelet.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BugBracelet.com from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — including when the Site adds a store. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.
