The Site does not host user-uploaded content; everything on it is published by us. The BugBracelet.com, BugNecklace.com, BugSticker.com, and BugBandage.com names, our logo and mascot, product designs, text, and graphics are owned by BugBracelet.com or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission — see our Acceptable Use Policy.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@bugbracelet.com that includes, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA):

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The specific URL or location of the material you claim is infringing, in enough detail for us to find it.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.

What we do

On receiving a valid notice, we will review it and remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing, and respond to the notifying party.

Reporting misuse of our brand

If you find counterfeit BugBracelet-family products, or websites or listings impersonating us or copying the Site, we want to know — report them to the same address.
